These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by FuelUp VA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide virtual assistance, digital marketing, lead generation, social media management, project management, and other related services as agreed upon through our service contracts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. You must provide accurate information in registrations, forms, and communications.

3. Use of Messaging / SMS Services

If you opt into SMS communications, you accept message and data rates may apply. Program name: FuelUp VA. Message frequency varies. Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe. Reply “HELP” for assistance.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payment and billing

Payment terms will be as specified in your service agreement with us (for example, advance payments for subscription services).

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business processes, client data, or other sensitive information shared during the term of service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms laid out in the contract. Upon termination, fees paid in advance may be forfeited as specified in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the amount you paid us for the prior 30 days of services. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
